Madonna Lebling is a Law Clerk at Usilaw. She performs a wide variety of
tasks such as preparing and examining legal documents, and conducting
legal research and analysis. She is involved in the preparation and filing
of employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including
H-1B, H-4 and EB-1.
Madonna acts as an advocate for the client. She assists the foreign national
employee through the petition process, gathering relevant information,
analyzing facts of the case, managing evidentiary exhibits and assisting
with immigration strategies. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure
top notch work product for the client.
Madonna is passionate about immigrant rights and she appreciates the value
of a diverse population to the United States. In her spare time, she enjoys
volunteering for activities which aid the underserved immigrant communities
Prior to joining Usilaw, Madonna worked in newspaper and legislative research.
She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore School of
Law in 2015. She also received a Master of Library Science from University
of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Iowa.
