Megan M. Sanquist
Megan Sanquist is the Client Coordinator at USILaw. Her experience in immigration
law encompasses the entire gamut of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
Megan is principally involved in coordinating the portfolio of cases that
Usilaw processes for its clients. She is a client advocate and ensures
the adherence to service level agreements.
Megan feels passionately for her clients and the practice of immigration
law. Megan’s forte lies in immediately grasping the intricacies
of cases and being able to focus on their strengths and weaknesses. She
is able to translate that into actionable tasks to ensure the integrity
of a case and maximize the potential of positive outcomes.
Megan’s corporate immigration experience includes but is not limited
to H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, and TN non-immigrant visa petitions. She also has
in-depth experience in the PERM process, I-140 employment-based immigrant
petitions in the EB-1(C), EB-2, and EB-3 categories, and I-485 Adjustment
of Status Applications. Megan is also well-versed in creating the necessary
files for PERM compliance in preparation of a random Department of Labor audit.
Megan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, magna cum
laude, from the University of Maryland.
