Olayinka Kemet Alexander
Olayinka Alexander is an Associate Attorney who represents and advises
individuals and small businesses regarding U.S. immigration and general
legal matters, including, but not limited to, business planning, corporate/entity
formations and organizational governance, and employment matters. On immigration
matters, Mrs. Alexander has assisted a broad range of businesses from
small start-up enterprises to large multinational corporations with temporary
employment of foreign personnel with through H-1B, L-1 and TN visas as
well as in permanent residence sponsorships. Mrs. Alexander also has extensive
experience in the filing of Permanent Residency applications.
Ms. Alexander is committed to her work in immigration law. Her expertise
in understanding the needs of a client and anticipating potential challenges
makes her extremely effective in laying the groundwork for successful results.
Mrs. Alexander received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
Syracuse University in 1994, and her Juris Doctor from American University’s
Washington College of Law in 1998. She is a member of the New York State
and District of Columbia Bars.
